Award cups

• Those who have won previous years Award Cups please return by 30 November (Club meeting) as we will need these engraved for new winners.

Deadline for print submission

• Bring your prints to the last club meeting on 30 November
• Participants must complete the entry form online prior to handing in your prints.

  • This helps us manage the process efficiently
• Your entries can be printed by Edges Art+Framing
  • Your image files must be sent to Edges by Monday 22 November so that they can bulk print, matt and mount them ready for club night submission to competition.

2021 End of year Christmas Dinner – Catering

• HBPS to provide meat for BBQ, soft drinks & nibbles
• Members to provide salad & desserts – this will be broken down as follows, ie:
• Members with last names between:
• • A to J are on Salads
  • K to Z are on Desserts
• Alcohol: BYO

Secret Santa Present – a bit of fun

• Please bring present – budget $10
• 1 person attending – 1 present
• 2 people attending – 2 presents
  • this is so that no one gets left out of getting a prezzie on the night

We require commitment from attending members and partners for seating & catering purposes.
