Workshop Feb 2025: Forms of Nature
Two options: Walk About or Macro Workshop
Option A: Dolbel Reserve Walk
Grab your camera, tripod and whatever else you need and explore the local (Taradale) Dolbel Reserve looking at forms of nature. We will meet at the clubrooms first.
Option B: Workshop on Macro photography
Bring some smaller forms of nature (shells, seeds, flowers, leaves) or other props and we will practise capturing sharp and in focus images. So that means a camera, macro lens (if you have one) or any lens within the 24 – 70mm range, tripod, any small LED lights or flashes.
There will be discussion on:
- Camera settings,
- Lens choices,
- Focus stacking for sharper details.
- Editing – so if you have a laptop maybe bring it along
