**POSTPONED** Workshop November 2020: Showcase & Studio Headshot Demonstration
Due to last night’s flooding in some parts of Napier and the impending forecast of heavy rains later on this afternoon and well into tomorrow it might be prudent to postpone the workshop this evening.
We are very conscious that some members would have to drive through flooded areas to get to and from the clubrooms tonight in heavy rain – we want you to be safe.
This workshop will be rescheduled for another day so keep an eye out on the HBPS website and Facebook page for a new date.

This event will be in two parts.
Part 1: Showcase of members works
This is a wonderful opportunity for members to show their work and share their passion with the members. The speaker can showcase images in print, digital or both.
The format: 3 members present/share their stories on 5 image for 5 minutes followed by brief Q&A.
Showcase participants: David Skinner, Mark Davey & Mark Roxburgh.
We encourage other members to volunteer to showcase their work next year.
Part 2: Studio headshots demonstration
As part of updating the HBPS website we doing a live studio photoshoot of the Committee Members for use on the website. This will be an instructional demonstration of a simple one light, basic setup. Committee members to bring their own photographic props as one option for a fun headshot.
