End of Year Print Competition & Awards Judge

• Those who have won Award Cups please return by 10 November (Workshop night) or 24 November (Club meeting)

Deadline for print submission

• Bring your prints to the last club meeting on 24 November

• Participants must complete the entry form online prior to handing in your prints- see link: https://hbps.co.nz/competition-rules/.  This helps us manage the process efficiently

Catering

• HBPS to provide meat for BBQ, soft drinks & nibbles
• Members to provide salad & desserts – this will be broken down as follows:
• Members with last names between A to J are on Salads and K to Z are on Desserts
• Alcohol: BYO

Secret Santa
